{"id":1792,"date":"2022-05-12T08:46:50","date_gmt":"2022-05-12T13:46:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dpiglobal.com\/impacto-de-micro-aid-en-la-bacteria-salmonella\/"},"modified":"2024-11-19T13:42:29","modified_gmt":"2024-11-19T19:42:29","slug":"impacto-de-micro-aid-en-la-bacteria-salmonella","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dpiglobal.com\/es\/impacto-de-micro-aid-en-la-bacteria-salmonella\/","title":{"rendered":"Impacto de Micro-Aid\u00ae en la bacteria Salmonella"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"p1\"> <span class=\"s1\"> Se prob\u00f3 la sensibilidad de seis serotipos de <i>Salmonella<\/i> a Micro-Aid<\/span><span class=\"s2\"><br \/>\n  <sup>\u00ae<\/sup><br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"s1\">  utilizando la prueba de diluci\u00f3n en agar tal como se describe en el documento M31 del Instituto de Normas Cl\u00ednicas y de Laboratorio (CLSI). Los seis serotipos diferentes de <i>Salmonella<\/i> eran <i>Salmonella <\/i>ser Infantis,<i> Salmonella <\/i>ser Branderup, <i>Salmonella <\/i>ser Paratyphi, <i>Salmonella <\/i>ser Worthington,<i> Salmonella<\/i> ser Give y <i>Salmonella <\/i>ser Dublin. La concentraci\u00f3n m\u00ednima (MIC) de Micro-Aid<\/span><span class=\"s2\"><sup>\u00ae<\/sup><\/span><span class=\"s1\">  necesario para inhibir el crecimiento de cada serotipo. Este procedimiento de prueba ha proporcionado sistem\u00e1ticamente resultados cuantitativos cuando Micro-Aid<\/span><span class=\"s2\"><br \/>\n  <sup>\u00ae<\/sup><br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"s1\"> ha sido probado contra una variedad de diferentes aislamientos bacterianos, tanto Gram-positivos como Gram-negativos, aer\u00f3bicos y anaer\u00f3bicos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Una vez establecida la CIM, se llev\u00f3 a cabo un ensayo de muerte dependiente de la concentraci\u00f3n (ensayo de muerte por tiempo) contra cada serotipo. A partir de los datos generados por los ensayos de destrucci\u00f3n del tiempo se evalu\u00f3 el impacto que Micro-Aid ten\u00eda sobre el crecimiento bacteriano.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"> <span class=\"s1\"> Todos los serotipos de <i>Salmonella<\/i> probados fueron inhibidos por Micro-Aid<\/span><span class=\"s2\"><br \/>\n  <sup>\u00ae<\/sup><br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"s1\">  concentraciones de 10 mg (MIC) de saponina por mL de medio. Estas MICS son comparables a las CIM de muchas otras especies de bacterias, por ejemplo, <i>E. coli<\/i>, <i>Clostridia perfringens,<\/i> etc., que se han probado hasta la fecha.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"> <span class=\"s1\"> La figura 1 muestra los resultados del ensayo de destrucci\u00f3n de <i>Salmonella<\/i> Worthington y el efecto de la exposici\u00f3n a Micro-Aid<\/span><span class=\"s2\"><br \/>\n  <sup>\u00ae<\/sup><br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"s1\">  a concentraciones crecientes tuvo sobre el crecimiento bacteriano durante un per\u00edodo de incubaci\u00f3n de seis horas. class=\"s2\">Aunque hay m\u00e1s de 2.500 serotipos diferentes de <i>Salmonella <\/i>, el impacto Micro-Aid<\/span><span class=\"s3\"><br \/>\n  <sup>\u00ae<\/sup><br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"s2\"> tuvo en estos aislados y la consistencia de su respuesta de este conjunto de datos puede trasladarse a la <i>Salmonella<\/i> de otras fuentes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span
